With all patients I look at the whole body, analyzing the areas above and below the location of pain; and find the best way to treat your condition.
I have learned many different techniques for adjusting. Some named techniques I utilize are Thompson drop, Diversified, Gonstead, and Impulse Instrument adjusting.
I'm also an advocate for regular activity or exercise, such as stretching, yoga, Pilates, etc.; as well as good nutrition.
I grew up on a dairy farm in Reeseville, WI and a 2002 Waterloo High school graduate. I reside near my home farm today and enjoy the outdoors, sports, and taking care of our animals. My wife and I stay busy with our active triplet daughters as well!
